Details: Student must be a enrolled full-time at Jamestown College or VCSU during the school year to receive rebate. Student must present a valid ID or other form of verification to Cable Installer or send copy of ID with application to Cable Services, PO Box 1995, Jamestown, ND, 58402. Valid on installs performed 8/1/11 - 10/31/11. Install charge must be paid before install rebate credit can be applied.
Regular Install of $10 to a CSi wired apartment/house does not include a visit by computer tech. Modem to be located next to existing TV outlet. Lease of dwelling must be in name of student. Deposits, if any, will be refunded upon return of modem and payment of final bill. If discount is available, student must reapply. Installation to unwired locations will be extra. Monthly cost for Internet and or TV may change, with notice. REBATE OFFER valid on installs through October 31, 2011. Limit one rebate per student. Rebate applied after application received at CSi.
